strongware LLC (“we”) operates Trapplings, a creature-collecting puzzle adventure game. Trapplings can be played without creating an account.
Information we process
- Game progress: saved levels, energy, collection progress, tutorial state, settings, and purchase status are used to operate the game and are generally stored on your device.
- Game Center: if you choose to use Game Center, Apple may provide a player identifier, display name, achievements, and related Game Center activity so achievements can sync.
- Purchases: Apple processes in-app purchases and subscription transactions. Trapplings uses purchase status only to unlock purchased features such as energy refills or unlimited energy.
- Support: if you email support, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, message, and support ticket subject.
How we use information
We use information to run Trapplings, save progress, provide optional Game Center achievements, restore purchases, respond to support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising tracking.
Service providers
We use Apple services including Game Center, StoreKit, App Store payments, and device platform features. Apple processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Retention and sharing
Local game progress remains on your device until you delete the app or reset data. Support emails are retained as needed to respond and keep support records. We disclose information only when required by law, to protect users, or to service providers operating Trapplings.
Your choices
You can play without Game Center, change notification or Game Center settings in iOS, delete local app data by removing the app, manage purchases through your Apple ID, and contact us for privacy questions.
