Weather and safety
LifeCast provides informational forecasts and lifestyle suggestions, not emergency, medical, navigation, or professional advice. Forecasts and provider availability are not guaranteed. Follow official authorities and exercise independent judgment.
Accounts and community
You are responsible for your account and content. Community users must be at least 13 and may submit only content they have the right to share. We may reject, quarantine, remove, or preserve content and restrict accounts to enforce our Community Standards or law.
LifeCast Plus
Subscriptions are purchased through Apple. The price, period, trial, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms shown by Apple at purchase apply. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple at least 24 hours before the period ends. Core safety alerts, privacy controls, and account deletion remain available without Plus.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse LifeCast, interfere with its operation, scrape or reverse engineer protected services, evade moderation, impersonate others, infringe rights, or use the app for unlawful or dangerous activity.
Warranty and liability
To the extent allowed by law, LifeCast is provided “as is” without warranties. strongware LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Termination and changes
You may stop using LifeCast at any time. We may suspend access for violations or security risk. We may update these terms and will post the effective date.
